Mission Statement

My mission is to provide relevant and methodical instruction to first responders

that will bring them home safely to their families. I want to be an integral part of

lowering the occupational deaths in the firefighting field. My personal goal is

becoming a better family man overall and finishing my degree.

Vision Statement

I would like to retire from the federal government as a program manager for

training Fire and EMS personnel. I want to become a better father to my daughter

and make her proud to call me Dad. I need to begin a workout/health regiment that I

adhere to and increase my overall mental and physical health. I want to finish my

degree and explore the option for a master’s degree. Pursue a pilot’s license. Overall

I would like to become a great father, husband, and friend while strengthening my

emotional and spiritual connections.
